The VWA 0001149 AA is a low noise amplifier MMIC operating in the frequency range 8 to 12GHz. The device is packaged in a 3×3 mm 16 lead Plastic Surface Mount Package (ROHS). This compo- nent uses VWA 5001135 AA VectraWave die.
