Vectrawave Device develops high-performance MMIC solutions operating up to 100 GHz using advanced semiconductor processes to optimize performance, cost efficiency, and compact integration. Our RF component portfolio includes GaAs, GaN/SiC and GaN-on-Silicon technologies, covering high and medium power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, wideband amplifiers, attenuators, phase shifters, and core chips in die, QFN, and flange package formats.
We also provide Evaluation Boards to support fast testing and validation of RF and microwave components, enabling engineers to accelerate development and system integration across all product families.
We design and manufacture complete Microwave Modules, including connectorized amplifiers, hybrid modules, and transmit/receive modules, built for high-performance applications where reliability and RF efficiency are critical.
