High power Transceiver Module for X band radar for Airborne and Leospace applications.

The TRM VD755 and VD756 modules are very compact and lightweight. They enable RF Rx/Tx communication with a transmission power of up to  100 W.

The phase of the Tx and Rx channels is controlled by a 6-bit phase shifter: 0-360° (in 5.625° increments).

The TX gain on Rx is controlled by a 5-bit attenuator: 0-27.9 dB (in 0.9 dB increments).

The TX and RX path calibrations are integrated into the module.

Control and monitoring are performed over a RS485 serial interface.
