On April 21, 2024, Vectrawave became a member of the Diades Marine group and was renamed Vectrawave Device by Mr. Olivier Lacrouts, now CEO of both companies.

Diades Marine is a French company based in Angoulême that develops radars for maritime surveillance.

The support of the Diades Marine group will allow Vectrawave Device to grow and continue to develop exceptional MMICs and microwave modules.
